What we take back

Catalogue boards can be returned for thirty days from receipt, provided they show no sign of use. That is more than the fourteen days required by law: the difference is a commercial gesture, not an obligation.

What we do not

Custom boards are neither taken back nor exchanged. They are pressed and printed one at a time from your file and have no possible second life. That is precisely why the proof exists, showing you the exact result before the press starts.

How to proceed

1. Write to bonjour@paveboards.com with your order number.
2. We reply within twenty-four working hours with what to do.
3. You send the product back in packaging that protects the edges, at your cost.
4. The refund is issued within five working days of receipt and inspection.

Manufacturing defects

Delamination, an opening ply or a bubble under the print are manufacturing defects. They are taken back and replaced with no time limit and no argument: two photographs are enough.

Normal wear is not a defect. A board is a wear part, and its ageing is part of what we sell.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photograph before opening and another after. Report it within forty-eight hours: beyond that, the carrier refuses the claim.
