PAVÉ BOARDS

Privacy policy

In force since 01 July 2026

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to take control.

Data controller

Pavé Boards SAS, 14 rue des Pavés, 75011 Paris. Contact: bonjour@paveboards.com.

What we collect

  • Order: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone if you provide it.
  • Account: the same data, plus a password stored as a hash, never in clear.
  • Custom creation: the file you send, its placement settings and, where applicable, your confirmation to print below the recommended resolution.
  • Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We neither see nor store any card data.
  • Traffic measurement: only if you accepted it in the banner, and in aggregate form.

Why

Processing orders and delivering them rests on performance of the contract. Keeping invoices rests on a legal obligation. Traffic measurement rests on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long

  • Orders and invoices: ten years, accounting obligation.
  • Customer account: until deleted, then three years of inactivity.
  • Creation files not ordered: thirty days after the last change.
  • Creation files ordered: kept with the order, so a reorder remains possible.

Who has access

Our providers, strictly as far as necessary: Stripe for payment, the carrier for delivery, our host for storage. No data is sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to bonjour@paveboards.com: we answer within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

Cookies

Three cookies only, detailed on the dedicated page: the cart, the language, and traffic measurement. Only the last requires your agreement, and refusing it takes nothing away from the site.

We use cookies. Three, to be exact.

One to keep your cart, one for the language, one to measure traffic anonymously. None is sold, none follows you elsewhere. You can refuse the traffic measurement without losing anything on the site.
